Naresh is a highly experienced Chartered Physiotherapist with over 20 years of clinical experience across the NHS and private sector. He specialises in musculoskeletal (MSK), orthopedic, and neurological rehabilitation, with a strong focus on accurate diagnosis and effective treatment.

He has worked in a wide range of settings including NHS hospitals, GP practices as a First Contact Practitioner, private clinics, and community rehabilitation services. This broad experience allows him to confidently assess and manage a variety of conditions, from acute injuries to long-term and complex presentations.

Naresh’s areas of expertise include back and neck pain, joint and shoulder conditions, sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. His approach focuses not only on relieving symptoms, but also on identifying the root cause and preventing recurrence.

Treatment is tailored to each individual and may include hands-on manual therapy, exercise-based rehabilitation, education, and acupuncture where appropriate.
