Aylesbury Therapy provides a diverse range of therapy services and room rental. If you are looking for talking therapy, nutritional support, holistic approaches to health and wellbeing or a place to work from we have it covered.

Founder Nicola Biggs, has worked as a Private Practice Psychotherapist for over 8 years in Aylesbury and found that there was a lack of space for in person therapeutic work in the area. The ethos of Aylesbury Therapy is to provide a professional service to support Therapists, Trainee’s and Clients on their therapy journey’s. All members of our therapy team are fully qualified, experienced professionals in their field. We also have an experienced team of BACP, UKCP or NCPS member trainee counsellors who deliver our low cost counselling service.

Nestled in the heart of Aylesbury Old Town, the Centre comprises of 4 warm and welcoming, secure therapy spaces over the first & second floor of 15 Temple Street. We are open 7 days a week and operate by appointment only.

Following the success of Aylesbury Therapy we launched ‘The Therapy Centre Group’. We will be rolling out our Therapy Centre’s & In person Low Cost Counselling across the home counties.

Our second Centre opened in Tring in April 2025. Tring Therapy comprises of 4 therapeutic consultation rooms on the 2nd Floor of 48 High Street. We have a team of 5 trainee counsellors offering in person Low Cost Counselling along side our experienced qualified team of Therapists, Psychotherapists & Counsellors. One of the rooms at this location is licensed for needle use and we have the amazing Amanda Shayle offering her Acupuncture services & training.
