We all face challenges, and sometimes it’s great to have someone to talk to. I am in the final months of my training as a therapist and draw on a wide range of theories and neuroscience, tailoring sessions to your individual needs. I have many years of experience supporting young people and, over the last few years, a wide range of adults. The most important part of therapy is the relationship between client and counsellor, and I’d be happy to meet with you to see if I’m the right fit for your needs.
