Energy Healer and Empowerment Coach

Offering Reiki Healing, Energy Healing, Chakra Balancing, Spiritual Readings, and Coaching to support your personal growth, healing, and empowerment.

Sessions are tailored to each individual, blending energy work with practical guidance to help 

you reconnect with your true self and move forward in a more aligned way.

Session costs vary by service and length of appointment – as a guide, most are between 

£35 and £55.

Lamínn is a Registered Nutritional Therapist with the British Association for Nutrition and

Lifestyle Medicine and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council. Her services

include one to one personalised nutrition consultations, group sessions, group programs,

courses, talks, webinars and written articles. She works with adults helping them to lose

weight, increase energy levels, improve digestive function, manage Type 2 Diabetes and

other chronic metabolic health conditions.

Lamínn is passionate about helping people improve their wellbeing through diet and lifestyle

medicine. She uses the functional medicine approach to investigating the root causes of ill

health and supporting the body’s functions to bring back a healthy balance.

She offers a complimentary Introductory Consultation which can be booked via the link on

her website.

Lamínn is also a qualified sports massage therapist with over 10 years’ experience. She

offers some weekday daytime appointments at both Aylesbury and Tring.

She is also a Level 2 Gym Instructor and soon to qualify as a Level 3 Personal Trainer.
