This Men’s peer support group is a safe, confidential space where men can talk about life, mental health, relationships, stress, or challenges—without judgment. It’s not therapy, but it can be therapeutic. These groups are often peer-led and focus on honest conversation, mutual support, and connection.

We will explore themes such as but not limited to; fatherhood, masculinity, sobriety, addiction struggles, blended families, nerodivergence, self doubt, stress, work & overwhelm

We limit the group to 8 members. There is no set fee for the session but we do ask for a donation that is affordable to you towards the cost of the space and the refreshments.
The group runs the third Thursday of every month for 2 hours. We will have a discussion topic each month but the conversation is not limited to that subject, it is just to start and provide an expectation of an area to talk about.
