Donna Walker
Integrative Counsellor
Donna is one of our resident experienced integrative counsellors who is a member of the NCPS.
Recognising that you might need some help can be hard and taking the first step into therapy takes tremendous courage. Sometimes we just need a space to explore the challenges that life brings and finding a confidential place where we feel heard, with no judgement, is so important for our health and wellbeing.
I work with adults who are suffering with anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, stress, life stage challenges, loss and bereavement.
Internalising our worries can start to weigh heavily on us and finding someone that you can talk to can really lighten that load. I offer a warm, confidential space for you to explore your feelings and will always go at a pace that feels right for you.
I am a fully qualified Integrative counsellor, which means I can tailor the work to each of my individual clients, drawing from a number of therapeutic approaches, including Person-Centered, Psychodynamic, CBT and Transactional Analysis.
Together we can look at your specific goals for our therapeutic work, placing your needs at the center of everything we do.
